I am the founder of Pod & Pride, a family enrichment ecosystem made for families to cultivate their habits and health via fitness, skill-building, and wellness—together.
I am pursuing a JD and a PhD to further explore, examine, and cultivate consciousness, reality, identity, and sovereignty. In and out of my programs, I am researching how inner worlds shape outer worlds, the African diaspora (most particularly, the African American community), and the Polynesian diaspora (most particularly, the Kānaka ʻŌiwi community).
